$140 per 45 to 50-minute session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Insurance Forms are sent to clients to apply for reimbursement with their insurance carriers.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Dr. Coffman is a pastoral counselor and attempts to work with people by negotiating payment and care plans with financial sensitivity. Please complete the Financial Agreement Form to aid in setting a reduced fee. Some congregations will provide full or partial support for congregants in need of financial support for services. Contact your clergy to see if this is possible in your congregation or ask your minister, priest, or rabbi to talk with Dr. Coffman about congregational financial support.
Payment
Cash, Debit Card, Cash App and Credit Card. Checks can be written to James R. Coffman, D.Min. Master Card and VISA may also be used. When a congregation or other third party agrees to pay counselee fees, we will bill that entity directly.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Please reschedule or cancel as early as possible, so that we may reschedule your time.
